My other sailing

You may have noticed that Rear-Commodore Sailing has not been on the lake in his Solo during May. This is because I have been away sailing with Sally on our other boat “Shadowfax ”around the Scottish Islands. The weather has been fantastic up here this year enabling us to sail to new anchorages in the Hebrides, up the West Coast and around the top. Just to give you a flavor here are a few pictures of Scotland from this week and I’m afraid we still have to make it back through the Caledonian Canal then home down the Irish Sea and back up the Channel so you won’t see much of me this summer.

Best wishes to all at Spinnaker.

Ian and Sally
